Acceptance of Terms

When you access or use any service offered by toysbase Store, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations of the United States. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you may not use any offering provided by toysbase Store. Use of the Website

You agree to use toysbase Store's services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless toysbase Store has given you explicit written authorization to do otherwise. You must not:

• Submit fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed with no intention of receiving the goods
• Resell toysbase Store products for commercial gain without our explicit written consent

Product Information and Pricing

toysbase Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise in product information, pricing, or availability, we may correct that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items with natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance from the listed specifications may occur. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference only; toysbase Store cannot guarantee that products are free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ by delivery zone, pickup location, and selected time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent on product availability and acceptance by toysbase Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these Terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched or picked up, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on toysbase Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "toysbase Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to toysbase Store and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any toysbase Store content without our explicit written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by toysbase Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify toysbase Store of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. toysbase Store is not liable for failures or delays in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of toysbase Store's services shall first be submitted to toysbase Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

toysbase Store may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using toysbase Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
